Developments in turning medical sensors into music-generating devices (via Arduino, Gameboys & a Nord Micro Modular).

A musical exploration into the body of the sick. While prided at incessantly with this sensor or another, who can be said to own the patient’s body—the patient, the doctor, the machine? This novel experiment in music instrumentation employs a series of medical sensors (EMGs, heart rate monitors, flex sensors, etc.) as a means of sound sequencing and synthesis.
